Vent The vent on my 04 Isuzu rodeo works intermittently. It won't blow heat or cold air. Sometimes I'll turn it on and it works and other times it doesn't.

Since it is intermittent. Check plugs to the controller and blower.

see if the vent hoses for that side is hooked up on that side of the vent box sounds like its off

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

Check engine temperature, fan operation and thermostat.
Also check inside blower operation. If intermittent, then check and/or change the blower motor.

sorry to say but sounds like heater core needs replaced might try back flush and see if that helps but it most likly wont help much but will let u know for sure if that is problem because it will help alittle (after all it dose take alot of time to change core) hope it helps

the blend door aquator is getting stuck half way in the air vent as you switch from hot to cold its suppose to turn open or close except they malfuction as yours is doing sorry

could be a plugged up heater core. need more info about what your vehicle is doing

you need a blower motor resistor or te wiring may be melted that goes to the resistor
