2000 blazer bucky under load? replaced fuel filter and did a pressure test, I get 55 to 65 psi. the specs say 60 to 66 so i think the pump is fine. I brought it to autozone and a 339 CKP code came up and a 300 misfire code. is this the CKP sensor or can the problem be somewhere eles. Fuel reg.?

Do you have tbi or the spider fuel system. That spider fuel system is noted for problems. Did you use a gage and check fuel pressure? For tbi it is 9--13 psi. For the spider fuel system, it is higher.
How many miles on your engine? In park or neutral, not much load on the engine. There is a load when you put it in gear. Can you do cylinder compression test to see if compression is ok? I believe the highest reading to the lowest, all should be within 75% of each other. A generic spec. Maybe a 100 psi min. spec
Check your fuel pressure it should be 60-66 psi with key on and engine off.If its below 52 psi replace the fuel pump and filter.Sounds like it maybe a weak fuel pump.
Hello, this indicates a weak fuel pump. fuel pressure real critcial on this vehicle. you will need to check the fuel pressure with a mechanical gage at the test port on the fuel line, near the throttle body. here is the fuel pressure spec.
When the ignition is ON and the fuel pump is running, the fuel pressure indicated by the fuel pressure gauge should read 414-455 kPa (60-66 psi
SOUND LIKE FUEL PUMP.REPLACE FUEL FILTER,CHECK FUEL PRESSURE SHOULD BE 9 -13 PSI. FOR TBI FUEL INJECTION AND 55 - 61 PSI FOR MFI MULTIPORT FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM.
REPLACE FUEL FILTER,CHECK FUEL PRESSURE, SHOULD BE SHOULD BE 9 - 13 PSI TBI FUEL INJECTION AND 55 - 61 PSI MFI FUEL INJECTION.WHEN YOU TURN ON IGNITION WITH ENGINE OFF.LET FUEL PRESSURE BUILD UP AT FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE TO CORRECT PRESSURE THEN TURN OFF IGNITION SWITCH. IF FUEL PRESSURE DROPS VERY FAST OR LEAK DOWN IN 10 MINUTES.YOUR FUEL PUMP CHECK VALVE FAULTY IS BAD.FUEL PUMP NEED REPLACING.BE SURE FUEL INJECTORS ARE CLEAN THEY WILL LEAK DOWN FLOOD ENGINE FOUL OUT SPARK PLUGS.
your statement is fuel pump work ok, have you tested for proper fuel pressure. just because the fuel pump works it could have less pressure needed to start the engine. maybe the fuel filter is plugged. start out by replacing the fuel filter, if this doesn't fix it, you need to pressure test the pump. even 10 psi reduction in pressure will allow the engine not to start.
Just having fuel is not enough on this engine, here are the spec's. Even 1 psi out of spec can cause a no start.
