Help putting my code into car radio?

Try 9883.
You will need to re-check that serial number. They usually start with either a V or an M followed by six or seven numbers. To get it try pressing and holding buttons 1 and 6 together for two or three seconds. Other combinations to try are 2 + 6 or 2 + 5.
If the serial number is a V code you have no choice but to go to Ford for it.
For a M code try this website Ford code radio decode

contact the nearest ford service centre

they can get that code for you using your cars VIN

Hi Thabit, You need to take your registration papers with your licence (licence is to prove YOU own the car) to a car dealer ie: Holden, Ford, Toyota, Chrysler and ask at the sales office for the RADIO SECURITY PIN NUMBER,. This numbers belong to that car and once you have it DON'T loose it because in Australia some dealers charge a fee and some don't.... Hope this helped....CHEERS..

It most likely that your radio has a Sirius account and it is looking for its #ESN number

Try taking your VIN + proof off ownership to your dealer , ask for security code then enter it and radio should be ale to turn on . FOUND THIS INFO ON THE WEB BY TYPING IN YOUR QUESTION . Hope this helps solve problem ...

sometimes the code is put on the bottom of the ashtray just remove it and flip it upsidedown should be 4 or 5 digit number somewhere on it

The numbers on the radio screen after pressing 1 & 6 are the serial number to retrieve the radio code!

The 4 digit number on the glovebox is probably the radio code, keep pressing preset number 1 until the first number is on the screen, then press preset number 2 until the second number is on the screen, then press preset number 3 until the third number is on the screen, then press preset number 4 until the fourth number is on the screen!
