This is probably a bad fuel pump. Maybe the fuel pump is going bad gradually, wherein it will work now and fail after. Consider replacing your fuel pump.

This is starting to sound very much like a blocked catalytic converter on the exhaust system. Try unbolting the exhaust in front of the catalytic unit and see if it will start and run normally. If it does then the unit needs replacing, if not then thats me tapped out for ideas.
starts to shake really bad an acts as though it wants too cut off; and as I begin to drive it takes for ever to pick up speed, but as I get pass 40 it starts to run as it's suppose to. Any suggestions of what's the problem?
1-CHECK FOR GAS COMPRESSION 2-GAS FILTER 3-AIR HOSES 4-CHECK GAS PUMP.
TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROBLEM CAN BE AIR AND GAS ADJUSTING,IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH AIR THE GAS WILL SPIT OUT, AND IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH GAS THE JEEP WILL START BUT BECAUSE YOUR JEEP IS RECIEVING MORE AIR THAN THE JEEP WILL SHUT DOWN.
