The lock wouldn't pop up when i tried using the key fob but the other doors did unlock. I went through passenger side and unlocked the driver side by pulling the handle. The pin popped up unlocking the door but the door did not open and now wont open from either side. Both inside & outside handles seem fine. Any suggestions?
Handles may be in good condition but the lever on the latch itself may have came loose. your mostlikley looking at dismantelling the apolsery with the door closed to rectify it.

You didn't mention the year of your vehicle, but often when the electric door lock solenoid fails, it becomes siezed in place, where it is un-moveable. This causes the condition that you are experiencing. One way to check to see if this is the cause, is to remove the drivers inside door panel and disconnect the door lock solenoid, and verify the manual key lock works ok.

sound like a broken outside door handle carrier. suggest to take off the door trim to have proper ivestigation.

I have and still have the same problem! one thing I did read was it's the lock itself inside the door, which if youdont get it sorted will be a pricey job. My drivers side door has now completly closed now and won't open (having to jump over other side to drive) Anyhow it can be done yourself but it's a fiddley job.
