It is great that automotive repair is getting a boost from online manuals. It used to be that the car's booklet would get lost after the second or third owner. Now you can just look online and find a owner's manual for your year, make, and model.

Schematic wiring diagram
Buy a Hayes Book or Chiltons for your model. Schematic drawings are in it. Hayes runs around $25 can be found or ordered at most local auto parts stores. I always buy one every time I purchase a new (to me) vehicle , sooner or later I've had to use it. Good Luck !

If you purchase a repair manual it will contain the wiring diagram. Your local auto parts store sells these books. They may have to order the one you need. Also any book store can order what you need.

I have not had the priviledge to do this on my 98 stang. But changing anything with the power window is a *****. The first thing you want to do it hop online and look up "chiltons" or "Hayes" they are repair manuals. I have a chiltons and EVEYTHING i've ever needed to know has been in there. They're not much more than 20 or 30 bucks. shop around i'm sure you can find one for cheap. mine was like 12bucks from online somewhere. You're more than likely going to have to take out the window. but it's easy to put back in. BUY a CHILTONS or HAYES repair manual. and you'll find a lot of answers there
