Yes you can replace it. It is in the fuel tank. You will need to drain the tank and remove it to gain access to the fuel pump. A floor jack will help when lowering the fuel tank. If you fo to a dealer to do this you will be looking probably around $700.00 to replace the pump.

My crown victoria 94 engine is cranking but not starting

First give it a shot of starting fluid,if it starts then stops then we know you have spark and it's a fuel problem.If it does start and stop,a fuel pressure check/fuel pump check would be next.

Installed a fuel pump in a 1995 Crown Victoria Ford and still can't get fuel

Is there power to the pump? Have you checked the relay? Is there fuel pressure regulator working? If not, it won't provide the efficient amount of fuel pressure. Replacing the fuel filter is a good idea as well.

How do you install a 2002 crown victoria fuel pump

Hello;
You have to drop the fuel tank to get to the fuel pump. It does need to come all the way out for ease of replacement.
Thanks;
