The water noise is always there, but it seems like the water is only coming out (onto my foot on the gas pedal) when i turn right. There is also a sizzling noise when i turn right. This all only happens when the defrost is on, but as soon as i turn it off my windows fog up instantly??
Sounds like your heater core is leaking. Or the hoses connected to it.

your heater core is probably leaking.....this is a big job to fix you'll probably want to take it to a shop to have this done as the complete removal of the dash is necessary

If your loosing coolant it's probably got a hole in it, and a pressure test should confirm that,but if your not, locate the drain hole for housing and make sure it's cleared out to allow moisture in ducting to drain. They are normally located on or near firewall under hood close to where the back of heater would be. Use a piece of coated wire or similar & poke it in there, but not too hard, and see if you get some liquid flowing out.

If it smells like antifreeze, and leaves a film on windshield, it's probably a leaking heater core, but if not, your drain tube/passage for heater/AC duct-work, is plugged and not allowing moisture to drain out. Not 100% sure where drains are on that but, I would look real close at lower firewall in engine compartment,opposite duct-work, as well as under truck near front floor, for tubes sticking out, and carefully and gently, run a pipe cleaner or similar in & out to clean, until moisture starts to run out.

Is your coolant level going down, on a regular basis, to the point that you need to add some periodically? If not, then lets say it's not heater core for now, and that dripping that you see on passenger side may be the drain tube from the heater box. Try to pinpoint exactly where that drip is coming from, and if it does look like a drain tube, try poking a pipe cleaner or something similar in there carefully to dislodge whatever may be clogging up that tube. My guess is that it's plugged up and that's what's also causing fog inside vehicle. Once that's drained out, things will dry up and you should be back to normal with a little luck. If your not sure about whether or not core is leaking, have a rad, or repair shop, perform a system pressure test, and that should tell you whether or not you have a system leak, then you can investigate further if necessary.
