Hi i have a isuzu trooper 3.0 td 2000 w plate when i go to start it in the morning the batteries are flat ill push it and jump start it park it up it will be ok all day long then but i go to start it in the morning same problem we put new injectors on new heater plugs new alternator had the battderies tested both are exelent batteries why is this could u please contact me on 07557105273

reason your having problems is you have the wrong part number the number you gave is for an injector not a solenoid call an auto parts store or do and online search under part name as well as year make model and engine

Do i need to bleed the injector pump on my isuzu bighorn 4gj2 after replacing the head? as it wont fire
anytime you disconnect the fuel rail, and if it has a bleeder/test port (looks like a tire Valve), Then it needs to be bled before fuel will reach the injectors. Also check Spark plug ignition as well make sure grounds have been returned properly.

it sounds as if you have
nt bled the system.....tighten all the injectors, number 1 undo the injector turn the engine over now tighten number 1, then number 2 and the same to all injectors

I have a 1992 Isuzu Rodio 3.1 injectors not working; but if i put gas in the throttle body it will start up and run. but while driving it down the street it will die and not re-start, until i put gas in the throttle body. the nod light does not work when it wont start. please can you help me with this problem, i have put a new fuel pump in it and two new injectors.

My 1991 isuzu rodeo is not pumping any gas through the injectors(they r supposed to be brand new). I can keep it running if i pour gas into the throttle body but other than that it wont stay running. also...
Double check that you are getting fuel from the fuel pump to the injectors.

I just put a new head gasket on my 2.6lt isuzu motor, now it wont start. I have spark at the plugs. Do I need to bleed the fuel injectors somehow after I had them off??
Make sure you have connect the fuel injectors
electrical connecters in the correct injector.
You don't have to bleed them. Also the plug wires. If so it should start.

My Isuzu Trooper 2004 4JX1 turbo just underwent a general engine overhaul. Its cranking but will not start. All electricals are ok. Does the PCM needed to be reset for it to start?
The ECU will be fine with a engine rebuild but the 4JX takes a bit longer to start if all the injector oil paths are empty - can be up to 5 or 6 mins of 20 second cranking bursts.
Also if you rebuilt due to diesel in the oil from bad injectors the control valve for the injector oil pressure may be faulty so it wont start.
