It might be the sunroof switch that needs resetting,
Press open and keep button pressed till you hear a clicking sound, then press close and keep button pressed till you hear clicking sound that should have reset the switch.
Hi Red, Sorry to tell you this pal, but the Toyota's we have worked on do not have a colour coding format for most of the wiring loom. A cable which is loomed from the speed sensor can be one colour going in and another colour coming out because Toyota join cables of any colour, presumably for cost effectiveness. The cable can be identified from the pin number inside the management computer, or by downloading a pin out diagram from <www.allpinouts.com> Regards John.
