I have the same problem with my 2004 HD Sierra. I found that the "MBEC" 50 amp fuse in the under hood fuse box had blown. Replaced that and it works now. This has happened twice in 2 years.

you should check the wire harness that goes from the door to the truck there must be a bad conection near by there somewhere in the harness hope this could help you.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I took it to a mechanic who has the same vehicle and he said it was the switch in my driver side door panel. Not that big a deal, but a little costly and the switch has to be programmed by a dealer wich is BS. The mechanic put the switch on and it will work on all my other windows except my driver window. so good luck.

When you are refering to the door are you talking about locks, or window, or both? Have you followed the wiring to see if there is any relays that can be tested? Have you checked the switches or swapped them around to see if it was the switch or not.

Probably the door control module, which controls all those functions, as well as the power mirror. Some have reported getting it to work by disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds, so give that a try. If the module is bad it will have to be either re-programmed or replaced at a dealership, as it has to be coded to the vehicle's security code. I recently had mine replaced, cost was over $700 :-(
There are 2 fuse boxes..
first one is under the hood on the driver side (black cover )
second one is under the driver's side second row seat (tilt the seat forward and you'll find it (black cover)
