The Bank 2 Sensor 2 oxygen sensor should be the lower sensor on the passenger side. Lower meaning after the catalytic converter.

There are only 8 spark plugs there are also 8 coil packs over the spark plugs the you need to remove to get the spark plugs out

you need to see what the eng lite for if there is a trans codes usually the pcm wont let the speed go over 40 stays in safe mode untill you fix the problem or change the sensor,for the esp you need to chage the esp sensor and recalibrate by the dealer

have seen egr valve cause performance problems without setting any codes..and if egr is not working properly,can cause a spark knock..oxygen sensors as well..also make sure no injector or coil connectors are miswired to other cylinders

I just took mine to the auto part store to find out. From what they told me its the little box on top of the Hemi Engine cover. They said I have to go to the dealer to get the part though.

I have a 2005 Magnum and was also having this problem. Stalled out a few times and continued to idle rough and feel like it was going to die when I would slow down. At times it would feel like I would get a hesitation and then a surge. Engine light would go on for a day or so, then go out for a few days. First time I took it in, the dealership told me that it was a broken seal (I don't know where), but they replaced it and it continued to happen. The second time I took it to a mom & pop shop, and they told me that it was the oxygen sensor/altimeter, replaced it (only a $35 part), and I haven't had a problem since. That was 6 months ago.
