When you switch from 2HI to 4HI, you should hear two distinctive sounds from under the truck, one is the transfer case actuator and the other is the front differential actuator. If you hear both and you still do not have power going to the front wheels, then there is a problem with the front disconnect assembly.

When four wheel drive is engaged if you turn wheel it binds up

Yes this kind of happens its a chevy thing mine dose it to .
Ball joints then to ware in these trucks I think this is why it dose it .
But your not supposed to use the 4 wheel on dry pavement especily in tie turns .
I wouldn't worry to much just try to not turn tight in parking lots going forward back up more to get were you need to be and don't cut the wheels to tight .Your ball joints will thank you

Im own 05 chevy trail blazer 4.2L 4x4 my problem its has vibration 55mph

Hello
Check the wheel nuts - could be a loose wheel. Check tires for pits and such. Check the wheel bearings. If nothing take your car to wheel balance service - could be a balance weight came off the wheel. And if its still there take it to professional suspension check service.
Hope this helps.

Cannot make sharp turns, will not move

If you have it in 4 wheel drive on dry ground, that's how they act. Leave it in 2 wheel drive as much as possible.
