Airbags are deflated

If you had any work done to your vehicle, there is an on/off switch in the cargo area for the Air-ride. You can follow the air lines from the suspension forward to the pump, which should be around the ABS unit low in the engine bay. Some repair shops forget to turn the pump back on after lifting the vehicle for oil changes or tire rotations ,etc .. You did not say if the pump runs. If the pump runs and does not raise the vehicle , it is a different problem. Resubmit the problem. There is a Master dump valve which can stick. Let's say the pump does not run. Check fuses. The pump is only active IF all doors and the Cargo hatch are closed. The leveling has several triggers on the frame. It is possible that one could be defective. The Manual states that a level surface should be used before making adjustments. (You would not want your vehicle to set crooked going down the road).

1999 Mercury Mountaineer wont start

It may be a fuel filter issue, or like the mechanics said, fuel pump. It is a fuel injected model, so that may be the issue also.

Car has power loss, hestitant to start and rough idling

Connect to a live OBD2 reader and see if the O2 sensors jump a lot If so they are fine. If they read 0 or something constant, change. Check EGR could be stuck. Replace as needed. Hook up a manual gauge to the fuel and check the pressure. All cars are different but it should be somewhere around 50psi. See if the car hold pressure for about 10 minutes. Replace the fuel filter as well.

How do you remove the squirrel cage from a blower motor

I believe that is a press on cage. Attempting to remove it will most likely destroy it beyond use. The only option with those is to replace the whole blower/cage assembly as it is a non-serviceable part. Loss of battery charge, replaced alternator and

Get the battery load tested. It is probably worn out and needs to be replaced. You could put it on a charger overnight and take a reading with a multimeter, it should read 13.5 to 14.2V. Starting the truck will drop it but it should bounce back to 12.5 to 13.V at least. This would give you a hint at least.
