What system does your vehicle have ? Electronic Automatic Temperature Control Or Manual climate control ? buttons or dials ?

You're most likely looking at a complete overhaul.

Ever have the fuel pump replaced ? Classic symptom of long crank time ,the check valve in the fuel pump module is bad . Hooking up a fuel pressure gauge to check for fuel pressure bleed off . Fuel bleeds back into the tank. Try spraying carb. cleaner into the throttle an see if it starts sooner ! I would imagine you don't have a fuel pressure gauge to test it the correct way . the test for a battery is a load test using a small machine designed for that purpose any multimeter across the terminals is not a test of battery condition

Looks like 99 to 01. they are a pain to pull. I would go mine before pulling another. Old vehicle. Junk yard part. Most likely you have many plugs to replace on it.

It depends , what's the RPO - regular production order code ? Call the dealer with the code an they can tell you . Or hook up a up scale scan tool . one that will talk with all the modules on the computer . You could down load Forscan to you lap top an go on ebay an by a ELM327 wi-fi , this plugs into you OBD2 connector on the vehicle an communicates with the forscan scan tool . I dont think it's your anti theft. If you're having issues with it I would bypass it completely to eliminate that possibility allowing you to troubleshoot easier

Possible bad relay. With everything off, try feeling the relay tops to find the one that is warm or hot.

It just pulls out, it set in rubber seals.

Maybe a relay under the hood. Ac's usually have their own, but seats and windows don't use much. They may be on the same circuit.

Sounds like you have a bad caliper. Pull off the wheel that sticks and pull off the caliper to see if it is sticking, if so replace it
