Possible bad relay. With everything off, try feeling the relay tops to find the one that is warm or hot.

I dont think it's your anti theft. If you're having issues with it I would bypass it completely to eliminate that possibility allowing you to troubleshoot easier

Sounds like you have a bad caliper. Pull off the wheel that sticks and pull off the caliper to see if it is sticking, if so replace it

The radiator has a built in transmission cooler, unhooking the transmission lines would have let the system loose fluid, from the lines and the cooler. Make sure your transmission is full of fluid.

The door latch maybe the problem. That needs to work properly before the lock actuator will function properly.
