could need a master cylinder,start at front line on master cylinder, loosen it slowly with someone pushing on brake pedal lightly.That will let u know if there is pressure to the front calipers.

Do the bulbs light but not flash? If so then replace the flasher relay, it is a small round canister near the steering column.

I suggest to check fuses, first, and then verified harnesses connections back side instrument panel.

This is verry difficult without the proper tools if the new top is even slightly off. it will be torn the first time it is put down and raised again. not worth the risk have a profesional install. I owned one of these cars ond had to seek a profesional to install mine.

It sounds like it is getting too much fuel. check your fuel sensor. Your choke is sticking open. Buy some carb cleaner. Remove your air filter and spray the linkage to clean it up. Make sure it moves easy. Start your car up. the butter fly on top of the carb will be closed all the way. As the motor warms up this should open up gradually. If it doesn't you have a problem with the choke system and it is not letting air in as the motor warms up.

try and clean the throttle body and idle control valve

There should or may be a fuse for the gauges in the fuse panel. If it's good, the cluster will need to come out for repair or replacement.

Ask the guys at your local wrecking yard, they know interchangeability, the rest of us either rebuild our unit, or replace with a rebuilt unit of the correct specs.

Check your fuse block first. If all is well, replace window motors.

Usally they are underneath the hood in the engine compartment in a fuse box.
