Yes friend, that misfire is just that. Called a dead cylinder. Could only be a dirty or faulty injector. Do a ohm-meter test on the unplugged injectors and a compression test on all cylinders with all plugs out if you don't find a faulty injector. Could then be a faulty exhaust valve needing attention.

Check for cracked vacume lines first. The trans shop should be able to get or make a new wire harness and plug it in.it shouldnt be real expensive.

Well, hopefully the valves were not damaged when the belt broke, If no valve damage was done, get the engine/crankshaft to top dead center, line up camshaft sprocket to timing mark and install belt around pulleys, gears, replace water pump if needed, tension belt if no automatic tensioner is used, try to start to see if it runs and hopefully it will. I think your problem is in the wheel bearing. It needs to be replaced or just adjusted. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

Its probably the shock/ strut.. i never worked on one of them cars but usually you can take rear shock/strut out through back seat or trunk. You have buy or rent special tool to keep the spring compressed when taking the strut apart.
