92 voyager check gage light

That is the oil pressure gauge not the oil level gauge. Sometimes they can act that way when the oil is thin. When is the last time the oil was changed? Try using a heavier weight oil. When engines wear they require thicker oil. What size engine does you voyager have?

Engine stalls when you acclerate

If the car starts and runs well, and then after about 20 MPH it acts like it's idleing, looses compression, and then the rpms jump really high depress the accelerator and see if it catches then then it should run semi nornally (maybe whining a bit, or sounds like a band whipping). You need to check your transmission fluid, this is the most common problem. Soon after you'll lose reverse, and then transmission damaged and needs an overhaul.

My maint reqd. lite is on all time(not check engine) need help!!

a 1992 Plymouth Voyager is not a "muscle car" suggest you get a real muscle car or change your name. With the problems you list that you don't know how to fix it is clear you do not have what is needed to "restore" anything. Get professional help, either mechanical or medical.

Car does not start after wires shorted out fuses

"Shorted" wires ALWAYS cause blown fuses or burned fusable links. There may also be damage to your onboard computer. I would recommend having the car towed to a reputable shop that can diagnose and/or repair your electrical system.

1992 plymouth voyager gas gauge always full.

You have a bad ground, probably at the sending unit on top of tank. Check all fuel system grounds.
