Your battery needs to be replaced. If your battery is in good condition, I would suspect the alternator, but you wouldn't be able to drive very far once it was started if this is the case.

Van won't turnover
does this van have one of those starter keys below the steering wheel under the dash?
if so the plug is out or not all the way in.
other wise you will need to jump start test the starter manualy down on the starter itself.
there is one small gauge wire going to the starter and and large gauge wire coming from the battery .unplug the small one and put a test light on the wire and turn the key to test for power.then test at the starter turn key off .
now cross the little side to the big side on the starter .there will be a spark but this should cause the starter to engage if its working ok.
using a few of these tests should fix this one ok.
if you dont turn the key off when testing the starter the only thing that will happen is the engine may start running on you.
make sure the brake is on and in park.
hope this helps out.
keep me posted
thank you

Loud squeeking coming from the belt area
you'll have to the belt if the belt is old.
also, a temporary solution i learned that gets rid of some of the noise is to slowly pour a pitcher of water on the belt while the car is on.

Van won't start
sounds like you need a new alternator.the battery light is triggered by the diode trio in the alternator. if the light comes on.99 times out of a 100 you need to have your alternator replaced.have your charging system checked first. most parts stores check them for free.with the engine running it should be around 14.5 volts.
Which relay is the fuel pump relay?
Can't find my picture right now, but look for a relay with following wires in connector. Dark blue/w yellow stripe, dark blue, dark green w/black stripe, & red w/white stripe. that should be it.
I don't know how to set the clock on my 92
DNR is "dolby noise reduction". DO you by chance have the stereo with a small "H" & "M" to the right of your display window? If so, poke a pen in the little hole/button beside the letter.
Oil leak
Sounds like you have a rear engine main seal gone. Or you have a transmission front pump seal gone.
