DOME LIGHTS AND RUNNING BOARD LIGHTS DON'T TURN
One or more of the jab switches are probably faulty, this creates a open circuit where the lights you mentioned remain on. To deduce which switch might be faulty, open each door and manually press the jab switch until you find the one that does not turn the lights off. Hopefully, this will FixYa!

How to replacew a backup sensor on a 2002 ford
It is very simple to replace the backup sensor. It is a good idea to put on safety glasses or goggles to keep dirt out of your eyes. The easiest way is to lay down under the back of the vehicle and reach up behind the the rear bumper and disconnect the pigtail electrical plug from the suspected faulty sensor(s). Then simply remove the sensor by pushing from inside of bumper toward the rear of the vehicle. If you are not sure which sensor is bad, and if only one sensor is bad, you should check one sensor at a time. And then with the good sensor in place you could test each sensor to see if the vehicle beeps while reversing towards a harmless object (like a traffic cone). Repeat this procedure with the other three sensors and leave the good sensor in place when the back up sensor system works correctly. Hopefully, this will FixYa!

Not firing on 3 cylinders.
Hello there:
Just out of curiosity did you change the ignition controle module this sits under the coil packs that is bolted to the engine This tells the plugs when to fire and it can fire on half of it and have the other half not work this is one of the first things that will fail and give this type of a problem also you may want to check the crankshaft sensoer and the camshaft sensor too.
Ok hope this helps alot
Best regards Mike

2002 Excursion
It sounds like it is a problem in the front suspension. It could be the upper/lower ball joints, tie-rod end, or a sway-bar link. These are parts that wear out quickly on this heavy vehicle. The sway-bar link is a part that was recalled by Ford Motor Co., have that replaced by your nearest Ford dealership for free. You can check the suspension yourself or go to a car repair facility that offers free estimates, maybe you could get more than one opinion, and go from there.

2002 ford excursion horn stopped working
The first step would be to check the fuse-box for a blown fuse associated with the circuit the horn is on. The fuse box can be accessed on the driver's side under the steering wheel. If this does not help, come back to FixYa, and I will be glad to be of further assistance.

Ford excursion v-10 engine diagram
Should be on the passenger side valve cover. It will have a hose running to it and you will be able to pull it out without any tools. One way to check if the valve is still good or not is to shake it and if it still moves freely, then its okay. Since they are fairly inexpensive, I always replace mine anyways. Hope this helps and good luck!

I broke my lugs and studs on my 2002 ford
they are pressed in so you will have to get a punch and a hammer to beat them out. The new ones will have to be pressed in or beat in with a hammer. be careful not to get them in crooked.
