Remove both headlights for 2003 Ford Excursion
Yeah, this is a bummer especially on the the left side... You can loosen the batt hold-downs and leave the batteries connected, giving you a little more room to work. You may want to keep clear of the positive terminals... Either that or submit to poor engineering and pull the batts... Oh well.. Good luck on this..

Rear Brake rotor removal
Be very careful as my 75 year old pappy taught me this trick..... take of the wheel, make sure the rear of the vehicle is off the ground (both sides). Re affix 3 lugs back on the bolts (about 1/2 way tuened down). Start the vehilce and place in drive -spin the rear wheels and the force will cause the rotor to loosen against the lugs.

Right signal and brake light
Looks like the problem is in the turn signal switch. This is a common problem. When the turn signal switch goes bad it will cause problems as mentioned above by you. Replace the turn signal mechanism.

2002 Ford Excursion battery light come on intermittently
Remove power to all aftermarket components, if you know how to use a multi-meter connect to power source inside vehicle.. Drive normal, if voltage drops below 12v while driving, it is faulty alternator. If bat light comes on and voltage is above 12v the plug on the alternator might be correded and throwing faulty light, or bad ground in gauge cluster...

Radio does not come on.
Sounds like there is no power going to the radio. Check your fuses and all the connections at the back of the radio. You can check your cables wih a multimeter.
