No voltage at coil
Check the ignition resistor mounted on the firewall. It will be white in color with two terminals. One terminal coming in from ignition switch and the other going to the coil. Check the ignition side for fire with the key on, if you have fire there then check the coil side of resistor. If you find no fire on the coil side replace the resistor and that should take care of your problem. Hope this will help you.
Where is the fuel filter for dodge d150 1990
On the early models the fuel filter was mounted in the frame between the fuel pump and fuel tank on the passenger side of the truck. On later models a fuel filter was installed just under the alternator on passanger side of the truck. Both filters for the early and later models are inline. Hope this will help you.
1990 DODGE D150 WON'T START WHEN HOT
There is a temp. sensor on the exhaust manifold that I just switched out on car that done the same thing it would start when cold but once it was hot and you killed the car it would not start back. When this goes bad its throwing the wrong signal to the computer that it is too hot and allowing it not to crank. This sensor was on the left side of the engine if your facing the car from the front. Also It can be tested with a multimeter to see if it is bad.
Jumps up and down at rear when braking
check front motor mounts. Hold brake and put in reverse then accelerate and let up on gas. do yhe same in forward gear.if you hear a thud a motor mount is broken with hood open you can see the motor lift up.. Acceleration causes engine to lift and drop. good luck
Adding AC to my 1990 Dodge D150
good evening and welcome to fixya
adding ac to your dodge is kind of complicated. are you going to be doing the job or are you contracting it out? there are a few ways to go about doing this: one is you can hunt down another d150 that came from the factory with a/c and use all the parts from it. the second is you can look at purchasing an aftermarket all in one ac unit, sometimes you must do a bit of modifications to install this unit. the third is the most expensive but all new, you can go to your local chrysler dealer and ask for the schematic of the ac system for your vehicle and tell them what you want to do and they will give you a parts list, this list will include a new radiator to accomadate the a/c condenser. the major parts you will need are the condenser, switch panel, compressor and all brackets to hook up the compressor, the ac box under the dash the has the evap coil in it, you will need a set of lines and accumulator, pressure switchs high and low, expansion block, freeze switch, and possibly you will have to change the pulley setup on the front of the engine to accomdate the new belt for the compressor. this is a good starting point of the items that are required. hope this helps good luck to you.

I have a 1991 dodge
check the obvious
bad ground wire from the battery, loose battery terminals
I am lacking power and need to adjust my carburetor
the idle mixture screws are only for mixture adjustment at idle
at speed the idle circuit acts as a emulsifier tube to help with the fuel in the main jet
what you need is adjustable main jets or fixed jets for that altitude
talk with an accredited carby overhaul shop that knows about the carby you have fitted and the appropriate jets to use
