The odds your sensor is bad is about 30% The odds you have internal trans wear & damage is about 70% Sensors only report mechanical things that are not right when the vehicles computer scans them,that said, sensors do fail, BUT you use the codes to diagnose the system & component test Codes DO NOT indicate a failed part or need to replace any All parts have to be tested & fail, or why would you waste money throwing parts at a problem We did that in that 1960's & got away with it,not with today's technology

Brakes

It sounds to me as though it is the master cylinder. You can try bleeding the master cylinder itself, just to see if you have pressure there. But if you cannot pump them up, I'm betting on a bad master cylinder. I hope this helps you.

Fuel pump continuously runs no start

have a pressure test done on the fuel manifold to check for fuel pressure regulator faulty and allowing the fuel to continually back to the tank and not having pressure in the manifold for the injector operation

you will need a mechanic to scan test the 4wd module to retrieve codes, once you have a code I can help further, just too many unknowns at this point to guess whats wrong

Bleeder valve is stuck. will not come off with vice grips

Probably the easiest way to fix that would be to replace the wheel cylinder. You could spend hours trying to loosen that with no success except stripping it.
