Look for a heater control relay in the fuse panel. It may be under the hood. If you see another relay that is the same swap the two around. Will the fan now go off? take a look at the front drive axle joints and also wheel bearings. this noise may be due to a bad ujoint and as you turn the joint binds up and makes noise, same as a bad wheel bearing. the wheel bearing would make more of a grinding noise as it doesnt hold the wheel and brake rotor in place and the rotor may be hitting the caliper bracket so i would start by checking this stuff first. good day.

How can you remove a
I have a special tool that I bought just for this problem. I don't remember the name or brand of it since I've had it for many years but a good parts store should be able to get you one. It consists of a guide and a drill bit that allows you to drill into and remove the broken end of the bolt. Might be a few variations of the tool design but that's the basics of how it works. Hasn't failed me yet. Always put in a NEW bolt even if the old bolt comes right out as these things like to break off if used the second time. Wish I had a name for you but I don't even have the box the thing came in anymore. Hope this helps and good luck!
