1995 dodge caravan S.E. 3.3L doesn't want to
pushing gas pedal to near floor causes what is called clear flood fuction. if cranking engine with near full throttle the fuel injectors will not activate, assumes flooded engine and will not start.
most likely you have a very dirty throttle body. clean well with tooth brush and carb cleanr esecially were the throttle plate rests at idle, the plate and the wall of body. just a little carbon build up will cause a no start
Removing the dash so i can remove the factory
Do not do it!!!! The dash basically does not come out. Everything on it comes through it. You can get the radio out without removing the dash, I don't know how but it does. I just took the dash out of a junk truck just for the wiring harness, You gotta be kidding me. I knew it could never go back in and be right. I suppose it could but t would take weeks. The steering wheel has to come off, there are bolts inside the vents holding it on, A million switches and wires, and the ac unit is a bunch of unforgiving cables that never get hooked back up right. If you want to save some time and trouble, just go to a store like best buy where they install radios, they can do it in 10 minutes, where it would take you 3 hours just to figure it out. If the 95 is anything like the 90, the bolts are right on the flange type part of the starter, where the starter meets the transmisison. there is 3 bolts holding it in. they are most likely 13mm, 14mm, or 15mm bolts. but on some caravan models you have to remove the front transmission mount to get to it. this is probabally why you cant find em'. but you will have to remove the mount, then the starter bolts. then you have your starter out! but when you want to put the mount back in, you may need a floor jack to lift the engine/trans um into the right spot to put the bolt back through the rubber part. Tricky, but possible.

Do a quick check. Run a wire passed everything from the battery positive terminal to the power connector on the pump, or if you cant get to the pump directly then the first connection you can make to the pump's power supply wire. If she fires up then its a bad fuse, faulty relay or something electronic not putting the power through. If she still refuses to fire it could be the fuel filter filter (to lean), leaking fuel regulator or leaking injectors (too rich). the regulator has a vacuum line on it. If there is a leak in the regulator then fuel vapour is carried by the vacuum line and enriches the air in the intake manifold. The fuel pump has to deliver about 40 - 50 pounds of pressure to the fuel line and has to keep about 90% of that pressure for about 5 minutes after it has been switched off. Dropping pressure indicates poor valves on the pump or leaking injectors. It is not enough that the pump is effective the fuel line should be capable of filling a pint pot in about 15 seconds. If the pump has good pressure (and retention when off) but poor flow then the filter is clogged (this will also kill the pump eventually). As a final check make sure the idle air control valve on the throttle body is clean and functioning as it should.

It could be a connection,but it can also be that you just happen to get a motor that was also on its way out. Junkyards test there parts the best they can but you can really tell when a wiper motor is gonna go out. turn the wipers on and use a multimeter, at the conection point to the wiper motor if theres power there then the motor is gone. if it hasn't be to long most junkyards will exchange parts. Stereo removal help
i just did this! Take the plastic grid on your dash board (right in front of the information center above th steering wheel) off. You have to pry it with a lever (sqrew driver for instance.) You will see sqrews to unsqrew. then continue to pop off each panel on your dash board, starting with the one closest to your windshield. You will continue to uncover sqrews to be unsqrewed. When you pry and pop the panels off it is a little scary because it takes a bit of pressure. Next pop off the plastic panel around your stereo/dash board. I hope this helps! if you find a stereo color diagram for the stock radio, let me know because thats what i am trying to solve now!
