I would change out the fuse.

yes there is, that was your car's theft deterrent working. you were able to start it again, because you re-started it with the key this time

fuel vent Charcoal canister will make it difficult to fill the gas, this canister vents the gas tank and if you overfill the tank then it screws up the Charcoal canister and will need to be replaced, I just found an old canister from the used parts place and had my mechanic replace it, went directly to the gas station and presto no more problem filling gas. DO NOT overfill your tank after replacing canister!

did you start it with a remote?if so they are set to only run for 10 min

If the brakes are functioning properly then it might be a bad sensor. if they are grinding and going to the floor then they probably need replaced

Your fuse is fine. The bulbs have blown out. Change them.

Have codes read to find what problem car has. Check fuse for horn.

Could be two different problems. Horn: could be a blown fuse, plug could have come unhooked, might need a new horn... The check engine light only comes on when a code has been thrown. Need to scan it. Go to an Autoparts store and get the code read and what it means so you can diagnose it for further problem solving.

you have 1 of 2 choices ... anytime you take out the factory radio it activates the anti theft and car will not start choice 1 is put back in factory radio .. 2 is you will have to take it to a dealer to reprogram the radio to the anti theft modual the newer cars with antitheft will not start without it being reprogrammed by a dealer when taking out and exchanging radio

in the boot behind the cover on tank side there is a lock pin. works with the central locking if it gets stuck. push it back with your finger to open fuel door. some times there is a strap you can pull and it will open the tank door.
