Yes; but it usually is tied into other systems, if everything else is working, then more then likely it is the washer motor. Turn on the ign. and have someone hold the washer handle in and tap on the washer bottle (that is if you can get access to it) If the pump starts working keep it running for a little while then start and stop it 4 or 5 times. The problem with washer pump motors is you only use them occasionally and because of that then can seize up. If you get the motor working use it every now and then to keep it loose.

The radio checks to make sure the drive capstan is turning - if not, gives the E10 error. Either the drive belt in the radio is slipping or the drive wheel in the adapter is sticking. If it does it with a real cassette, then it's probably the drive belt. If not, you can try to figure out why the wheel in the adapter is not turning freely.
