there are 3 types brake switch
- a nut that sets the stroke and you lock the nut.
- auto adjusting
- and install time adjusting. (special steps different car from car make) found on may cars today, for faster car assembly. Day1

i went to rockauto.com and its type 1 switch, see that jam nut?
as you can see the switch turns for stroke
and the jam nut sets it, locks it.
ASCD is a speed sensor, and is not adjustable.
VSS speed sensor. (red herring, that)
