First I would unhook the radio. Some of the wires to the radio are communication lines. Put power to the wrong wire and it can burn out computers.

That depends where it is, The best way is to drain out coolant from system, drill a small hole in the center of the old freeze plug. use a wood screw or similar to take out plug. when out, clean area good. to replace after cleaning out old plug area. use a good sealant to seal plug when tapping it in. Any auto parts store will tell you whats best to use, Be careful when putting it in that it does not end up in engine. just tap it or use a socket to drive it in. The outer edge of the plug should be even with the block. on the out side of engine. wait a while before putting coolant back in to check for leaks. God-Bless!

There are 3 seals on this. 2 axle seals, 1 torque converter seal. If it is an axle seal, pull the axle and replace it. If it is the converter seal, you have to remove the transmission. Seals don't come out. If it did, you have other problems inside the transmission.
