How do you flush the cooling system in 2007 ford
Due to hazmat regulations the best answer is to have it flushed at a quick lube shop they are the most qualified to handle the waste generated in this process.
If you are going to do it your self ensure motor is cool additionally that your never allow antifreeze to stand out alone it is very toxic.
Don't flush. Drain and refill only and take your old antifreeze to your local hazwaste center for disposal.
Hope this tip helps.

Hi,
First, DO NOT open coolant system while vehicle has been running...Danger of sclading
Make sure radiator fluid is at its proper level. vehicle being low on coolant can cause this problem.
If coolant was low (indicates a leak in radiator system); suspect a leaky radiator cap, coolant reclaimer, or bad radiator hoses.
If the problem appears to be anything other than low coolant, or a leaky radiator cap (cheap checks); it's very easy to start chasing your tale on coolant issues, and too expensive to be second guessing. Best thing at that point would be to go to a local trusted mechanic.
Water pump could also be leaking; but not likely since the vehicle is too new.

if the code from the original misfire was not cleared out then it is likely the computer has shutdown the fuel injector to protect the converter. no fuel no power. if you are certain the ignition issue has been fixed then try to clear the codes either with a scanner or by unhooking the battery for a few hours. it isn't impossible that your computer was damaged, but it is far more likely that it has the injector shut down to protect the catalytic converter because it doesn't know that the spark problem has been fixed.
