It sounds like the climate control unit where you change the temp inside is no good.

could be CV axles. once the joints get wore it allows for slack when stopped. jack it up and spin the tire back and forth to see if any play in axle

B1S3 means bank one, sensor 3- sensor 3 is the rearmost oxygen sensor, after the catalytic converter. Bank 1 refers to the side or bank of the engine where cylinder number 1 is located. On a v-style engine, bank one is the side with number 1 cylinder on it, and bank two is the opposite side or bank. If you have dual exhaust, B1S3 is the sensor after the cat on the side where bank one exhaust is.

Smell the WHITE EXHAUST.. Does it smell like Coolant? You have a blown Head Gasket

I would replace the temp sensor. This will tell the fan to turn off.
