Sounds like dirty battery terminals, make sure they are shiny clean. if ok see if the motor can be turned by hand , a clicking sound often points to the following dirty terminals, flat battery, stuck starter motor.

By the sounds of it your key has come out of sync with the car , need to get the car plugged in to diagnostics to see what the problem is, and go from there

I have seen covers or shields on catalytic converter break loose and make a lot of clatter, is it at idle only or driving ?

Sounds like a fuse issue. Locate your fuse panel, either under the hood or under the dash. The back of the fuse panel will have a guide to let you know what fuse is which. Look for the lighter or outlet fuses and pull them. If they are blown then simply replace with the same type of fuse.

you need to take it off and on the side there is a hole spray some dw40 or switch cleaner in the hole and shake it about a bit in side the sensor. then drain it out. and leave to dry. should be fine then. give it a few turns before putting back on and then set it back to bottom and refit to the markings on the side of the intake. if there is none make some before removing it.

I took the trunk lock mechanism off, replaced it with a brand new and it it still will not shut. It is driving me NUTS.
