The buttons on this machine are gated with a mechanical mechanism (under the buttons in the machine -= you can't see it) that acts as a "gate" to control how the buttons behave. This mechanism is probably stuck and needs to be looked at by someone with mechanical inclination - short of calling customer service for service locations. It shouldn't be that expensive to fix. Good luck.
How to connect Panasonic TC-P50C2 to Bose Wave?
Connecting the audio between the cable box and the TV is easy, if you are using one of the composite or component video inputs. Just plug in the associated R/L audio jacks in a line with the video input. If you are using the HDMI input, that carries sound on the HDMI cable. You don't need to connect the audio out of the cable box to the TC-P50C2. See the connections page of the TV manual here:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/246619/Panasonic-Viera-Tc-P50c2.html?page=12#manual . Then set the TV to this input.
However, the Panasonic TC-P50C2 does not have an analog audio output. You could try connecting the cable box RCA audio out to the Bose Wave system. You will need a RCA M/M to 3.5 mm adapter cable. (Alternatively a RCA M/M to 3.5 mm F converter and an AUX (3.5mm M/M cable or a 3.5mm M to RCA F/F adapter with a standard RCA audio cable will work between the cable box and the Bose ) This may not have the audio sync correctly with the video.
The alternative is to use a digital to analog audio converter and one of the above RCA to 3.5 mm solutions. Get an converter that has an optical digital audio input and an optical audio cable (Toslink). (The cable isn't always sold with the converter.) (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/246619/Panasonic-Viera-Tc-P50c2.html?page=50#manual ) See some converters here:

I hope this helps.

I have a Panasonic SA-AK 67
Can any one tell how to connect it to my phone using aux cable
Hello Zubair, to connect your phone to the SA-AK 67, you need a cable that has two RCA connectors (White and Red) to a 3.5mm stereo jack
The RCA connectors, you connect them in the AUX input that is on the rear panel of the SA-AK67 and the 3.5mm stereo jack, in the headphone output of your phone
You select Aux on the Panasonic, you play something on your cell phone and you're done
I hope you find the information useful

Receiver has lost audio
There are four surface mounted caps, 22uf/10v under the surround processor PCB on the main PCB.
Just replace them all.
That took care of my static problem.

I have just connected up
F61 error is related to speakers connections, as you said. In most of
these cases the problem is not in - out of face but cross-wired points
at the cable. So pleace check again ALL the cables for worn-out points
that could cause cross-wired. If it's possible use a multimeter and
check the resistance at each speaker's end (at the amplifier side). It
has to be between 6-12 OHM.
In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply.
