Hello -You will find the instructions for changing the language on the GPS in the Operating Instructions Manual.I can only think you do not have the manual. You can download one free here:https://www.manualslib.com/manual/360975/Panasonic-Strada-Cn-Nvd905u.html#manualNote: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software free.When you download the manual and save it to your Documents folder, be sure to give the downloaded file a file name you can find again easily - maybe: Panasonic Strada CN-NVD905U.The instructions for changing the language are on Page 19 of the manual.Best wishes.

I just got a car that i ordered from japan and it has a Panasonic strada CN-HDS700TD AND ITS NOT WORKING All it says in Japanese is "processing data please wait

hi some time when you got a gps you plug it in and say s searching data its searching satalite you just have it search a\until it find 1 you just it pulg in turn o and leave long don't touch it a while it should if dosnt send it back or get hold Panasonic see what can do . hope it works 4 you. behappy now
