1-800-211-PANA (7262),
Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm; Saturday-Sunday 10 am-7 pm, EST.
If you forgot the code, the unit is ussless without it and can only be changed if you know the code. Try the number above for more assistance.

Replace hard drive ipod
iPods with hard drives suffer from sticktion, as a last resort! when you have given up hope! hold it firmly in one hand, and smack it FIRMLY into the other (obviously not hard enough to hurt yourself) , i have saved 4 iPod classics this way. don't do this with a touch, it can't help.
