Based off your post your Frigidaire range is providing you an "E15" error code. "E15" stands for a signal loss between the oven relay and EOC (Electronic Oven Control) I would perform a reset on your appliance. You can do that by disconnecting power to your range by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue it could mean that your oven relay board or electronic oven control may need to be replaced. My oven does that when the self-clean button has been pressed. Try pushing any sort of power-off buttons or pushing any buttons that are lit up in attempt to turn them off. Older ovens have a lever you have to slide to lock and unlock the oven door.

Typically you can locate your serial tag on the inside of the oven on the right hand side or on the storage drawer on the right hand side. Would you be able to provide me your model number so that I can verify the correct meaning for "E39"? On a range you can locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) on the lower storage drawer on the right hand side.
