Electrolux glass cook top model PLEC30SS980CB says ER on one burner.
When an Electrolux glass cooktop displays the "ER" error code on one burner, it typically indicates an issue with that specific burner. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to try and fix the problem:
1. Turn off the power: Start by turning off the power to the cooktop at the circuit breaker. This ensures your safety while working on the appliance.
2. Check for debris or obstructions: Inspect the affected burner for any debris, food residue, or obstructions. Clean the burner thoroughly with a soft cloth or sponge, ensuring there is no buildup that could be causing the error.
3. Reset the cooktop: After cleaning, reset the cooktop by turning the power back on at the circuit breaker. This may clear the error code and allow the burner to function properly again.
4. Check the wiring: If the error persists, there might be a wiring issue. In this case, it is recommended to contact a professional technician or the Electrolux customer service for assistance. Working with electrical components can be dangerous, so it's best to have a qualified professional handle the repair.
Electrolux customer service can provide further guidance and troubleshooting steps specific to your model if needed.

Electrolux range touch pad for model EW30ES6CGS4 willl not shut glass burner
If the Electrolux range touch pad for model EW30ES6CGS4 is not shutting off the glass burner even when it shows that it is off, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check for any physical damage: Inspect the touch pad and the burner area for any visible damage, such as cracks or signs of overheating. If you notice any damage, it may indicate a need for repair or replacement of the affected parts.
- Power cycle the range: Turn off the range by disconnecting it from the power source or by turning off the breaker for a few minutes. Afterward, reconnect the power or turn the breaker back on and see if the touch pad responds correctly.
- Check for error codes: Some range models have error code displays that can provide information about specific issues. Refer to the user manual or manufacturer's website for instructions on how to interpret error codes, if applicable. This may help identify the underlying problem.
- Perform a factory reset: Look for instructions in the user manual on how to perform a factory reset for your specific range model. This can sometimes resolve software glitches or settings issues that may be affecting the touch pad's functionality.
- Contact customer support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is advisable to contact Electrolux customer support or schedule a service appointment with a qualified technician. They will have the expertise to diagnose the problem accurately and recommend appropriate solutions or repairs.
When reaching out to customer support or a technician, provide them with specific details about the issue, the model number (EW30ES6CGS4), and any error codes or messages displayed on the touch pad. This information will assist them in providing you with the most effective support or service.

Model EW30ES65GSA. What does error E11 indicate?
According to the service manual, E11 stands for shorted keypad. This can be caused by holding down a key for a short period of time. Here's what it is and what you can do.Please refer to the image for your reference. If the error code appears again after trying this maybe it could be an issue with your EOC ( Electric Oven Control). I would recommend to have a professional check your unit for proper diagnosis and to replace defective parts. Thank you.

Error code F5 Electrolux Range
It can be one of several fixes depending on the exact model. First reset the display either at the breaker panel, unplug it, or on the display itself using the - and + (depressing at the same time for several seconds) if equipped. On some models it can also be a problem with the latching mechanism and cleaning may be all it needs.

Want to perform a clean cycle. Why do I keep getting a message to remove racks?
There is a sensor that detects the rails being in their slot, the switch allows the cleaning cycle to initiate. The temps of the cleaning cycle are too high for the racks and rails. I was surprised to find this. Since then, acquired alien technology has enabled engineers to develop high temp rails/ racks, or lower cleaning temps. It seems the newer ovens have fewer rail / self clean faults.

F11 error code on electrolux range. How do I fix the issue
An "F11" typically stands for a shorted keypad. You can reset your appliance by unplugging it or disconnecting power for ten minutes. If you perform this step and continue to receive an "F11" it could be an issue within your EOC (Electronic Oven Control) and I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnose your range

Error code F18 on Electrolux range
Hello, Huntmasterwh -
I hope I am correct in thinking you do not have the owner's manual for your Electrolux range. The information on error codes should be printed in the manual.
Without knowing the model of your Electrolux range, so that I can find and check the proper user manual, I will guess there is a problem with the Electric Oven Control and it may need to be replaced.
First, disconnect the range from the electric power - either unplug it or find the circuit breaker for it and flip it to Off. Wait at least 30 seconds and reconnect the electric power or flip the circuit breaker to On.
If the F18 error code still displays, you will need to arrange for a repair technician.
Note: If you choose Comment and add the model number for the range, I will try to find a user manual (PDF format, most likely) for you.
Best wishes.
