According to the service manual, E11 stands for shorted keypad.This can be caused by holding down a key for a short period of time. I was surprised to find this. Since then, acquired alien technology has enabled engineers to develop high temp rails/ racks, or lower cleaning temps. It seems the newer ovens have fewer rail / self clean faults.

Could be a bad breaker, or a wrong breaker, in the install instructions it will list the required amperage rating for the breaker. If the breaker is over 7-8 years old, could just be bad internally.

Without knowing the model of your Electrolux range, so that I can find and check the proper user manual, I will guess there is a problem with the Electric Oven Control and it may need to be replaced. First, disconnect the range from the electric power - either unplug it or find the circuit breaker for it and flip it to Off. Wait at least 30 seconds and reconnect the electric power or flip the circuit breaker to On. If the F18 error code still displays, you will need to arrange for a repair technician.
