You have to try resetting the system. First turn the breaker off for the condenser and wait about 20 seconds. After you turn it back on the system should reset. If that dosn't work then you should contact a professional. AC Repair West Palm Beach

I have the same issue

The answer is yes. Chances are that the tstat you have now just hasn’t been setup properly. Don’t want to get the new tstat and have the same issue but I suppose you could try!

You likely have dehumidification enabled. Although temp is satisfied humidity set point is not. Adjust humidity set point, over cooling set point, or just disable!!

If you have two drives running in tandem, you may often see an F6 or F7 code because the drives have been programmed to trip using the Aux inputs if the other drive is not ready

I think you can find it in the user manual of the unit.

check room&coil sensors

There has to be a model number on that unit and it may be inside the unit. Without that information it would be nearly impossible to locate any information on it. Due to age and technology used, it may be better to replace it with something more modern.

It should be a pop up out front panel with screws inside

The limit switch on the inducer has tripped. There are two wires that go to a small disk about the size of dime that has a small button in the center. Push this little button and you will feel a littl snap and the unit should fire up. Check all the manual reset limits as well. If the unit still won't start, jump the two wires by bypassing the limit switch. If it starts, then replace the switch. Bypassing the switch is only temporary and could lead to death if it is used as a permenant fix.

Is there a built-in humidifier? That would explain water in the reservoir. Is there a fill cap for the water reservoir?

This appears to be a Roof Top packaged unit. You will definitely need some help with this install. Your local Carrier distributer should have the installation curb kits and economizer etc.
