05 chevy silveraldo, replaced 02 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2, now it came up with the po240 bank 1 code. is this automatically a cat? (hoping not) and how imparitive is it to be changed

impala BANK 1 UP STREAM OXYGEN SENSOR LOCATION IS LOCATED ON THE REAR EXHAUST MANIFOLD. Sensor 1 is before the catalytic converter and sensor 2 is after the converter. Click this link for more help:--
