    What program do you use to send your e-mails, Outlook or Outlook express or is it a web based e-mail, yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc..

Until we know exatly what e-mail program she uses then we cant say its a provider issue, it more than likely is, however if she is using outlook or outlook express then the problem could be on her end, hard to give a definitive solution without all the information

This is going to be a problem on your email providers end, not on your end, and it's definitely not a problem with your laptop. You will want to contact their support, it could be a glitch that they know about and are working on, or it could be something that they don't know about, and by bringing it to their attention they will get it fixed.

I cancelled my hotmail acct. and mistakenly ask to send mail to my g mail acct. Now I am getting all mail from hotmail to g mail. I want to cancel the sending of my hotmail e mail to g mail and just close...
You can't cancel it, it will remain forever there. Go to it once more and change what you did before then set a new rule: all mails there go directly in the spam folder. Then just stop logging into it - after 6 months of inactivity it gets archived and it will no longer accessible for anyone but you, if you will want it back sometime in the future.

I attached 5 pictures that took forever, send them and then received message that e-mail wasnt deliver. Please HELP
Most likely the image is to big a file something like .bmp etc... Open it in a photo program or microsoft paint then save it as .gif or .jpg and this will reduce the file size and be alot quicker to upload. Also some email providers cap how much file space you can send which is why you probably didn't receive it.

Why am i unable to send or forward e-mail??
someone may have reported you as spam and as such you are sometimes banned from sending mails. A problem from the servers could have caused the problem also, which does happen to a lot of people. try gmail or other providers since resolving this may take forever with a free account when you send a complaint to yahoo.

You need to check how big is the file your sending some email service will only allow you to send up to 25MB. If you have an email to send greater than 25MB compress it. The other reason is you internet service provider and you firewall/computer security system

Within your picture albums and the photos saved to your card, there should be an 'option' icon that will allow to you to delete pics, move, edit, upload, send, etc. Your target for transferring all pics to the Verizon server is the 'upload' feature. This will allow you to choose pics and upload them to your online albums (Verizon Picture-mail server).

You may be limited on the # of pictures you can upload at one time. Good luck. Hope this helps!

E Mail send problems
Initially all messages you send will go directly to the outbox first. Automatically though it should send after a while. Sometimes it could take up to an hour. If you want it to be sent at the exact moment, just press the "Send/Receive" button and that will shoot your mail from the outbox.
