Launchboard is the panel with buttons situated over your keyboard. If some kind of conductive dirt, fluid or water came inthere, it will short out the keys and "press" them giving you that problem. Try to clean the board with alcohol.
Your bios seems corrupted. You will probably need to reflash from a thumb drive which is bootable. The F2 should get you to booting screen to access the thumb drive to boot from to flash the bios.
Try to download again. delete corrupt file. Perhaps it was a "Hiccup" By the way you have a Lenovo IdeaPad Z560 didn't that come with Windows 7 64bit? Did you downgrade to Win XP SP2?
If your laptop is 1 month old then its covered by the shops warranty where you bought it from taking it back and saying the F12 key is broken and they will fix it free of charge.

Hi,
Welcome to FixYa!
it seems that you are having problem with the keyboard on the laptop, unfortunately, even if you send it to the repair center of Lenovo, they will replaced the whole keyboard since there's no particular part number for just one key on the keyboard so they usually replaced the whole of it.
Hope this will help. Thank you for using FixYa!
A sudden drop from 50% to 7% means that the battery is faulty, it is simply a case where it is not holding any charge. I would suggest you contact the seller and check if the battery is under warranty. Hope this helps and good luck.Any question please feel free to ask.
