If the color cartridge contacts are clean and there is stil ink in the cartridge.
What you could try is to remove both ink cartridges.
Close cover and turn off printer and unplug the printer.
Wait at least 15 minutes for the printer to reset to clear memory.
Plug the printer back in and turn on and install the ink cartridges.
If you cartridge is not empty and has not expired.
You may call HP and ask for a free replacement.

Hi Good day.. is there any error message in your printer? or maybe it is not properly inserted.. pls remove the ink and then insert it again, wait until your printer recognize your new ink..

don't know how to install ink in my f4180 printer. Have new cartridges 21 and 22

try to clean and aligned your toner cartridge coz i think when you installed new toner/catridge you did not do that.

You must replace both ink cartridges with GENUINE HP ink carts..

maybe it have the ink level chip which can be resetted by removing the cartridge and oning and offing the printer for 5 times within 10 minutes coz it saves data of a cartridge upto 5 use before only.. and 6th time insert it.

What do you mean by foots sticking the cartridges, is it part of the printer, or the cartridge
