If your tablet will not power up at all, then take a look at these two pages, with have some methods you can try.

If on the other hand it does power on, but does not boot up, then try this one instead:

If neither of those help, then I would recommend contacting the manufacturer.

If your tablet will not power on as it did before, then I would suggest checking your power connections. The tablet's battery may be completely discharged. So be sure it is connected to the charger and let it charge for a minimum of a 1/2 hour before trying again. If it still does not power up, then try a different power outlet, or if you have one, a different power adapter.

I would recommend calling RCA support at (800) 252- 6123 so they can suggest some troubleshooting steps you can take. If it is still under warranty and you're unable to get it working then you can send it back and get a replacement

Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds. You should see some flashing. Let go of the button and watch. It should reset it's memory and come back on. If this does not work then call your tablet's customer service.

Hold down the power button for about 20 seconds, this should hard reset the phone/tablet.

Turn it off completely. Either by reset or shutdown.
Leave it off.
plug in charger and leave it alone for 4 hours.
Power it back on.
