My new zebronics sigma mp3 player is not getting charged...both blue light and the red light are blinking and the green light on the charger is glowing when i try to charge it...even if i charge it fa hours its not getting charged,...suggest me a remedy

How to charge a zebronics node mp3 player

Hi Sudarshan
It is charged through USB. Plug it in to a USB port of Laptop or Desktop or connect it to a USB Charger. Make sure that you do not drain the battery completely. When discharged do not keep it without recharge for a long duration . .

zebronics sigma one portable media player is a complete ****WASTE PRODUCT.the battery is a failure one that even when it is bought new it wont play after charging.so you can use it only by using a long wire charger(like phone chargers which matches this size).don't suggest this product to any one for buying!!!!

Usb is not recognised

you should turn the player on after connecting it to the computer.then it will be detected.previously it was not detected because you didn't turn it on.this should work

Blinking light

That means that the mp3 player is charging. Once fully charged, the light will remain red.

Just turn the mp3 in "ON" position and at the same time attatch the power supply to it. RED light blinking...then its getting charged

If your mp3 player is chargeable with the computer , then there's a problem with the power jack . You need to take your mp3 for repairing .

Make sure your on/off switch is in the "on" position while charging. I was having the same issue, but that seemed to fix it.
