Charge
Charging the Player
The player needs to be charged before it can be used and every time
the battery gets low. It takes approximately 2.5 hours to charge the
Player. Once fully charged, the Player lasts approximately 8 hours.
To charge the Player:
Remove the USB cover on the Player.
Connect the Player to the PC using the Flash Plug.
The Player will begin charging. The battery indicator should begin
to flash, alternating red and green.
Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will stay red.
Note: If this is the first time the Player is connected, wait until
Windows detects the Player and follow the prompts to install it.
I have been charging this
It is one of two things:
1. The power for whet the stick is plugged into is lower that the "Full" power level of the battery
2. The battery is old.
My bet is on number one as the previous owner says that it worked fine. Try a different power source.
I am having trouble turning my mp3 disney pix

Won't play all songs
Possible that the files have been saved inthe wrong way. If you have them again in the PC , delete off all the files you had sent, format th device or erase off all files, scan for any virus in the device before loading back the music files with the PROPER METHOD OF COPY AND SAVE, USE THE RECOGNISED PROGRAM for the ipod- the ones the songs are playing presently. Helpful? good day
Can't play preloaded mix clips
Im not sure what are you trying to say by mixed..clips...but judging by the small size of the mp3 player ..I will assume that is just an old model ..and I will advice you to load only mp3 files into it ...not wma...wave or any other music file format ..cause it will not work ...and if you are trying to make something like a mix music file into a program on the computer and load into it to listen ...you have to save it in mp3 format alone ....newer models supports wma files and even old cd-tracks that used to be played only on cd players ( clasic) ...but this one is not that advanced.. ..and will only play the mp3 files..
so ...make sure all your files are mp3 ...and are not corrupted...for this ...just hook it on the computer ...copy all content into a folder ..and analyze them by right click and properties...there will show the file format ..speed and all..
Disney mix stick software
You don't need the disk that came with the Mix Stick. It's just a plug in
that interfaces with Windows Media Player and it completely optional.
Without the software you can still use the Sync function in Windows
Media Player to synchronize songs to the player.
Mix Stick not compatible with Vista
The help site on the box isn't a valid address, but I found the answer at
www.digiblue.com. The software isn't compatible with Vista so I was not able to put my music in "mix it" format, but I was able to drag my music onto the stick like a flash drive. It works great, but I am not able to use the "mix it" feature on the stick itself. No big deal. :-)
How long does it charge
Make sure that is turned on.(switch to the red side) Then once connected to USB port, it will start blinking red and green.Once fully charged the light will remain red. It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge.
Blinking light
That means that the mp3 player is charging. Once fully charged, the light will remain red.
