Go online and search sites that offer the codes. (Search "Ford Focus radio code") If you enter your radio serial and other details. For a few bucks they will sell you the factory code
if the radio came with the car as standard you can go to your ford dealer and give them your registration number of your car and they will get the code for you but it does cost a few quid
Try this site, it looks like they charge you for the code, but if you go into a Ford dealer they may give it to you for free (you may need to provide proof of ownership). Make sure the unit does not display LOCK 10 or LOCK 13, as the unit will probably need to be sent away to be cleared. Most dealers don't have the facilities to do this themselves, although they can provide the codes. The site I've linked for you has quite a good description of how to enter the codes.
