Were the doors left open at anytime? If so it has a thermostat that will shut off the lights to keep from getting too hot, If they werent left open, could be bad bulb or stuck or bad light switch on the door, all very easy fixes.

Ok a couple questions how exactly are you testing the voltage for 15 volts, there should be 2 switches not one since it is a french door, and if its blinking its possibly a bad switch, i believe this model runs power directly to the wall.
Well,that's not exactly true. It has a digital switch on a 100 buck circuit board that cannot be reset manually. Broken drawers and shelves. I won't be buying another LG appliance. Poor quality for serious money. They had problems with the lights staying on because the doors don't always close. This was their fix. A board that blows if you don't close the doors in time.

I tyested the bulbs,tested the switch, it all works. I get only 15 volts to the door switch' when I push the switch button and let it go thje lights blink , thats all I get .
