What does this mean? "ink roller". I''ve never have never heard the term. Does you mean ink ribbon roll? Why would you need to clean anything with that type?
The rubber roller that is in the hopper (pick roller) needs to be replaced. Most likely all rollers in the printer need to be replaced. Contact TulsaBiz.net or MIdWestIDSolutions.com You can buy parts from them or send in for repair.
Unfortunately, most Polaroid cameras were not really built to be repaired. They're mostly all plastic with no way to get into them to repair anything aside from rollers, without destroying the camera. And, with Polaroid going bankrupt several years back, parts are now nonexistent anywhere but the 2nd hand market. The good news, these cameras can be had on ebay and other sources for under $10, so I'd just buy a new one.
Try to put new cartridge in.If this doesn't fix the problem, it can be that the fusing unit heater roller teflon coating is worn out and this roller needs to be replaced.
