I turn on the dehumidifier and the red indicator light blinks that the bucket is full. The bucket is in fact empty. The LED lights read "CH 01". I have removed and cleaned the filter above the bucket. Any suggestions?

The "full bucket" light is blinking- and the

When the Bucket Full Light is on, none of the controls (other than the On/Off) will work. If you haven't
emptied the bucket, do so. Then make sure the bucket is reinstalled properly into the holder. Failure to do this will cause the Bucket Full Light to stay ON. While you have the bucket out, check the inside of it for a float valve. It may be stick in the UP position. If so, jiggle the handle to make it return to the DOWN position.

I hope this helped you and thanks for Choosing FixYa.

I have a slow blinking red light - not working

Normally, the slow blinking red light, indicates that the water collection tank/bucket is full and needs to be emptied. If the bucket is NOT full, it indicates that the tank/bucket was not installed or reinstalled properly, because it did not make secure contact with the bucket removal safety switch. Removing the bucket and reinstalling it properly will normally resolve the problem. Make sure the bucket fits squarely into it's holder from top to bottom.

In case you have misplaced your Owner's Manual, I have included a link to it, that you can download and print for future reference. http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/content/pdfs/117029-1.pdf

I hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Please let me know. Thanks.
